By accessing and using the Platform, you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) expressly agree to the terms and conditions set forth on this page, which are effective from the date and time of your use or access to the Platform.

Please read this user agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through this Platform.

This User Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between the User and BizB. If you do not agree or cannot comply with these terms of use, please refrain from using this Platform.

This User Agreement may change from time to time without notice, so you should review this User Agreement regularly for any such changes. If you do not agree to any changes to the User Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Website.

Some areas, offerings of the Platform may be subject to additional terms of use. By using such areas, offerings, or any portion thereof, you agree to be bound by the additional terms of use applicable to such areas. Please see our Privacy Policy for information on how we use your data.

Subject of the TERMS OF USE

https://bizb.ae/ is the Platform on which BizB provides information about specific vehicle rental offers, for the purpose of reviewing the details of such offers, in order to lease the vehicle to the User for a period chosen by him under the terms and conditions set forth in this user agreement.

The user has the opportunity to exercise the right to rent vehicles on the terms offered by BizB by sending a corresponding request to BizB.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

Restrictions

Rental vehicles may only be driven within the United Arab Emirates.

The user and other persons authorized to drive the vehicle must be at least 18 years old.

BizB will NOT sell or provide any services or products to any country subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions under the laws of the UAE.

BizB reserves the right to recall the vehicle at any time if the User has violated any of the terms of the user agreement or applicable law.

Car rent

            If any questions arise before the start of the car rental procedure, the User can contact the chat posted on the website.

Process:

• Car selection: The user enters search criteria at https://bizb.ae/cars/, including rental period, choice of make, year of manufacture of the car and its equipment.

• Eligible Car Review: BizB will provide the User with offers that match their request.

• The User then selects a vehicle, after selecting an offer, the User clicks the “Book now” button.

• Confirmation: After selecting an offer, the User presses the button “Rent a car”.

• After the selected car, the User will be asked to go to the chat to discuss the details of the rental and booking.

• Final confirmation: After discussing the details of the car rental, the User is invited to the BizB office to conclude the contract and pay the rent.

Peculiarities 

BizB accepts rental orders on the same day.

The minimum rental period for a car from BizB is 1 day. Any vehicles returned before the 24 hour period expires will continue to be charged at the daily rate.

The maximum rental period for one vehicle is 1 month.

100% rent must be paid at the time of booking.

Vehicle rental and return period

The term and amount of the rent are indicated on the Platform in the card of each vehicle model.

A grace period of 1 hour is allowed on the return date.

The User understands and confirms that he undertakes, if the return of the vehicle is delayed by more than 1 hour, to pay BizB the rent for a full day of vehicle rental.

Latest vehicle return time: 18:00

In order to receive the service on the day of return in Dubai, the User must notify BizB at least 4 hours before the time of receipt. 

Cancellations

Cancellation of the paid order at the request of the User without penalty is possible no later than 7 days before the receipt of the vehicle. If the paid order is canceled at the request of the User for a shorter period, BizB retains 50% of the amount paid by the User, the balance is returned to the User within 5 (five) working days.

Method of payment, return, accepted types of cards and currency

BizB accepts online payments with bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, MIR, etc.) or cash in UAE dirhams (or any other agreed currency).

Refunds will only be made through the Original Payment Method.

Payments, co-payments and other fees

The BizB service fee already includes a 5% tax rate.

All fines incurred during the rental period are payable by the User.

The maximum mileage and the amount of additional payment for exceeding the maximum mileage are indicated on the Platform in the card of each vehicle model offered to the User on the website.

The vehicle must be returned after the rental period with the same fuel level as when the vehicle was handed over to the User. The fuel charge is charged by BizB to the User if the fuel level is significantly lower than it was when the vehicle was handed over.

Service and maintenance

All rental payments include a fee for periodic maintenance and vehicle depreciation

In the event of a vehicle breakdown, BizB will provide a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.

The User shall not allow third parties to repair the rented vehicle without the express written consent of BizB.

The user is responsible for repairing any tire punctures.

The user must inform BizB of any mechanical damage or breakdown. The user will be responsible for any damage caused due to late communication.

BizB will tell you how to service the car, this also applies to minor problems such as a flat tire.

The user is responsible for the full cost of repairs if the vehicle has been damaged due to running with a flat tire.

Questions related to maintenance or breakdowns can be resolved by calling +________ or +___________.

Damage

The User confirms that the vehicle chosen by him (hereinafter referred to as “car”, “vehicle”) transferred to him by BizB and accepted by the User for rent, without visible damage, is in good working condition. The User also understands and acknowledges that he is obliged to return the vehicle to BizB in the same condition at the end of the rental period (including all accessories).

BizB is not responsible for damage, damage, destruction, loss of the vehicle (including accessories).

The user undertakes:

– Maintain proper tire pressure at all times.

– ensure that the vehicle and its accessories are not damaged or damaged.

– maintain an appropriate level of cleanliness in the vehicle.

The User is responsible for any repair costs incurred during the rental period, unless otherwise provided by this User Agreement or by agreement of the parties.

The user is not allowed to use a third-party repair service.

In case of any damage or accident, the User must call the police (____) and BizB (+_____________).

Insurance

Any car rented from BizB is insured with a comprehensive insurance policy.

The insurance covers accidents and damages when the User is not at fault, provided that the User has received a police report.

In the event that the User is unable to obtain a police report or if the User caused the accident, the maximum amount for which the User is liable is equivalent to the insurance deductible.

Confiscation

The User is liable to pay BizB vehicle confiscation fines with an additional payment of rent if the confiscation period exceeds the term of the lease granted to the User, in the event of confiscation of the vehicle by the authorities.

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the rented car is parked in a safe and secure place with all doors closed.

The user is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.

The user is responsible for the loss of any keys. The fee for a lost key may vary depending on the category of the rental car.

Any parking fines received by the User will be charged to the User and will also be subject to an administration fee.
